Where can I view my order?

If you have an account:

Log in from the top menu and then go to the orders section.

If you placed the order as a guest:

Please check your email and you will find the order information in the email received at the time of purchase.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

You will need to contact us as soon as possible using the contact form below.

How can I get the invoice?

If you need an invoice, please use the form at the bottom of this page to request one.

Depending on the product, 21% VAT is applied, which is broken down on the invoice, or the used goods regime (REBU) is applied, which does not have VAT broken down on the invoice and is not breakable for self-employed workers or companies.

To find out which product has 21% VAT or REBU, you must consult the description of each product.

What warranty do the devices have?

All devices purchased from ATELPO have a two-year warranty from the time of purchase, regardless of the condition of the purchased item, whether new, used or reconditioned.

Can I pick up the product in a physical store?

Only authorized customers can pick up at our facilities.

How do I track my order?

When an order is shipped, an email will be sent with the tracking information. You must copy the tracking number that you will find in the "My Orders" section of your account or from the email confirming the shipment of the order and track it through the carrier's website.

Returns

How to return an order?

If the device you purchased has any malfunction, you will have 30 calendar days to request a return. To proceed with the return, the device must be sent as it was received and with all its accessories. To request a return, you must send an email to soporte@atelpo.com or use the form on the contact page.
