RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Do you want to return your order or any of the products you have purchased?

We must consider different circumstances for you to request the return of the item:

1. When you receive the package, it shows some damage.

If this is the case, you must reject the shipment, reflecting it on the carrier's delivery note and notifying us at soporte@atelpo.com within the following 12 hours. If you have still received your order, you must photograph the order, open it and check that the merchandise is in perfect condition and without any anomalies. If there are any anomalies, you have 6 hours from receipt to notify us.

2. If you detect any operating problem not reflected in the product description or in its technical sheet.

If this is the case, you have 2 calendar days from receipt of the product to proceed with its return. You must access your account with an email and password to inform us of the defect and proceed with the return.

3. Withdrawal.

For online purchases, you have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of your items to cancel or return your products. The return process must always be carried out from your user account with which you have registered on our website.

If the purchased product is damaged or worn for reasons other than those caused by testing it in order to make a final purchase decision, we may reject it or agree on an amount between the two parties for its return.

Requirements to proceed with the return of a product:

  • Purchase the product through our website.
  • Comply with the deadlines established by law in the event of withdrawal, 30 calendar days from receipt, or 2 calendar days if the product is defective.
  • The product must be in exactly the same condition as you received it, including the box, manuals, accessories, extras, that is, in general everything with which you received the product you want to return.
  • If you received it in its original factory packaging and we do not receive it in exactly the same condition, or if it has been activated, the product will suffer a depreciation that we will establish depending on the deterioration that will affect the price of the return.
  • The products to be returned must always match the serial numbers, IMEI or code that appear in our database, otherwise they cannot be returned.
  • If the product contains warranty stickers, it will be impossible to return it if they are modified.

Any return due to withdrawal will be linked to shipping costs that will be borne by the customer. Both shipping and return costs will be deducted from the price of the return.

The return of our articles can be managed in the following ways:

Courier: Send us the product to the store where you bought it so we can proceed with the return. Attention: The packaging must be sufficiently robust and ensure the item is not damaged during transport.

  • All returns must be accompanied by both the delivery note and the purchase receipt that will accompany the product itself.
  • For any return, it must be perfectly packaged to avoid damage during transport that may affect the return.
  • Once the product has been received at the store of origin, the technical service will evaluate it for return or application of the guarantee. If it meets the requirements for return, this will be done in the shortest possible time. If we are talking about a guarantee, we will repair or replace it and send it back to your home with the problem solved. Shipping costs will always be borne by the customer.
  • If for any reason your product does not comply with our warranty or return policy, we will notify you and when you pay us for the shipping, we will send it to you unrepaired to your home.
  • If the repair would entail a disproportionate cost for the company, we would offer the following alternatives:
    a) Send similar product
    b) Refund of the amount in the form of a shopping voucher to be spent in any of our stores.
