Purchases will be covered by warranty in case of

1.- The purchased item does not match the description made by the seller or the qualities do not correspond to those expected.

2.- The item has technical faults that have not been specified in the description

BACK TO SELL SL -hereinafter ATELPO- , the company that owns www.atelpo.com, guarantees all the products it distributes in accordance with current laws and the following conditions. The consumer may contact the seller, who will be liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within one year of delivery in the case of second-hand, used or reconditioned products.

When the lack of conformity becomes apparent after 2 years, the purchaser must prove that said lack of conformity was present at the time of delivery of said product.

Shipping costs generated by the processing of the product warranty will be borne by ATELPO in those cases in which the warranty covers the malfunction of the item and must always be done following the instructions indicated by ATELPO , upon request and acceptance.

The consumer and user has the right to:

Repair or replacement. The consumer and user may choose between repair or replacement, unless one of the two options is impossible or disproportionate. The option with the highest cost will be considered disproportionate. Non-fungible goods (when they are of a specific nature) or second-hand goods cannot be replaced. Both repair and replacement must be carried out within a reasonable period of time and completely free of charge for the consumer.

Price reduction or termination of the contract. This will apply when the consumer and user cannot demand repair or replacement and in cases where it has not been carried out within a reasonable period or without major inconvenience to the consumer and user. Termination will not apply when the lack of conformity is of little importance.

Cancellation of guarantees

The warranty may be voided for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect use, handling or maintenance by the Client of a device, multimedia kit, component or peripheral.
  • Software, update and/or virus problems. Computer virus infection, by the client, in computers, hard drives or diskettes containing drivers or additional software.
  • Incorrect software/hardware configuration, by the client, of a computer, component or peripheral.
  • Components burned by overvoltages or electrical overcurrents.
  • Broken or damaged components subjected to impact.
  • Incorrect repair, modification or extension of any item by the customer or third parties.
  • Products modified or repaired by the customer or any other person not authorized by ATELPO , as well as products that are the subject of a specific support contract.
  • Defects and damage caused by external events, accidents, mainly electrical accidents, wear and tear and use not in accordance with ATELPO 's instructions or, failing that, the manufacturer's.
  • Deterioration, removal or concealment by the customer of the ATELPO or manufacturer's warranty label on all products.
  • A valid order or ticket number is not presented.
  • The personal details, order details and product details recorded in the return request do not match the details of the original purchase order.
  • The product details recorded in the return request are different from the product.
  • Any accessories included with the product in its original shipment are not returnable.
  • The product is damaged by altering its structure or by not following the specifications in the instruction manual.
  • The damage is caused by the use of parts/accessories not produced by the product manufacturer.
  • Damage is caused by accidental damage (including but not limited to shock, impact, drop, water damage or sand damage).
  • The damage is caused by the use of pirated software.
  • The damage is caused by force majeure.
  • The damage is caused by negligence and/or misuse of the product; or incurred during transportation of the product not carried out by ATELPO
  • In short, any damaged material or material with obvious signs of improper handling will not be accepted.

The warranty does not cover defects caused by incorrect use of the product. In such cases, the consumer must be responsible for their repair. They are therefore excluded from the warranty.

These warranty conditions do not affect the statutory rights of the consumer under applicable law.

ATELPO is not responsible for the personal information contained in the PC, mobile device or storage unit. The customer is responsible for the data or information in the material to be repaired and for making the relevant backup copies. Likewise, the guarantee will apply with respect to hidden defects and manufacturing defects of the product in accordance with article 1490 of the CC.
